Hello!
I’m Dillon. My decision to become a therapist came from my own healing journey and I bring a humble empathy to each of my clients. I too have experienced life-stopping events, from the sudden loss of a parent, to my own recovery journey. With nearly two decades of sobriety, I have a never-ending gratitude for the present. There isn’t a better role for me at this time in my life. I truly embrace the spirit of “Be Here Now” and am committed to being present and grateful as I assist each client in their mental health journey.
I always thought that I would have a career in music. By the time I completed high school, I had played concerts to over 25,000 people and was signed to a major record label. Life shifted and I pursued a degree in Law, with a focus on music management and worked with musicians who performed at the Grammys. I was awarded by SAMHSA for outstanding advocacy efforts in my work with The White House and UN on projects merging music and mental health.
Although working in music was gratifying, I left that career as being available for my young daughter was more important. Helping my child navigate her neurodiversity and anxiety helped point me towards my current career in mental health counseling. During Covid, I went back to school and received my master’s in counseling and since then, I have worked in addiction services, as a school-based therapist for children with diverse backgrounds and now at Rogue Healing Collective, serving all ages of Rogue Valley residents. One of my greatest joys is being a gentle and kind presence for people of all ages in their time of need.

I believe collaboration is the foundation for all productive therapy. I provide an emotionally intuitive approach, rooted in practicality and empathy. I connect well with individuals who have suffered from traumatic experiences, those who are victims of psychological abuse, those who identify outside of social expectations and those who have endured violence in domestic relationships. Clients come to me who struggle with a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADD, and PTSD. I place the utmost importance on validating my clients. I am honored to help assist them in their courageous attempts to understand their own challenges, processes, and solutions.
