Payment Options

Payment for therapy services are due at the conclusion of each appointment.

Accepted forms of payment include Insurance, Cash or Credit.

A percentage of our self-pay appointments are available on a Sliding Fee Scale.

Currently, we accept: All Care, OHP, Medicaid (open card), Jackson Care Connect, Care Oregon, United Health Care, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Moda

Coming Soon: Aetna

Contact us to be placed on the insurance waitlist or if you would like us to verify if your insurance will allow an out-of-network exception as some do allow this option.

Superbill

Check with your Insurance provider prior to your appointment to learn if they offer Superbill options. A Superbill is a receipt for self-paid services you submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Donations

Support and Social Groups are offered to all on a donation basis. We are grateful for your gift! All donations ensure Rogue Healing Collective can continue offering programs on an equal access basis. Donations are tax deductible.

Self-Pay Fee
